• 10 g Raisins
• 2 cups Spinach, fresh
• 1 White onion, small
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 1 Salt and cracked black pepper
• 1 tsp Spanish la vera smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Dash Jerez sherry vinegar
• 2 tbsp Olive oil, Extra virgin
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin, Ground
• 10 g Pine nuts, toasted
