Marinated Skirt Steak

30min · 4 servings EQUIPMENT • A grill preheated to 400°. • A sous vide machine and bag (optional) INGREDIENTS • ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari • ⅛ cup olive oil • ⅛ cup Worchestershire sauce • ⅛ cup hot sauce • ⅛ cup brown sugar • ⅛ cup rice wine vinegar • ¼ cup Dijon mustard • 4 cloves garlic, pressed • red pepper flakes to taste • 1 trimmed skirt steak or any other steak for marinating INSTRUCTIONS • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well and season to taste. • Cut the skirt steak into even pieces- about 8" long.
