This spicy enoki mushrooms recipe consists of pan-fried enoki mushrooms simmered in a sweet and spicy Korean gochujang sauce. It's fast, easy, and makes a terrific side dish for Korean barbeque or any Asian meal. In this recipe, we'll simmer the mushrooms in a spicy marinade to give them a delicious kick. I like adding a splash of rice vinegar to brighten the dish and enhance the other flavors. Optional - you can turn on a camera while you're eating them. You might become famous.
