Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs (such as parsley and chives), finely chopped
Red chilies, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions :
Mix garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, honey, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
Coat shrimp in marinade, refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Heat grill to medium-high.
Skewer shrimp or place directly on grill.
Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes each side until pink.
Plate shrimp, drizzle olive oil, and add herbs and chili slices.
Serve immediately.
