This recipe makes a tasty, healthy breakfast in just minutes and anyone can make this!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of chia seeds
1/2 cup + 2 tbsps of milk of choice
1 Tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Strawberry Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
Pomegranate
Cacao Nibs
Process:
- Combine the Chia seeds with honey or any liquid sweetener
- Add the milk a little bit at a time and combine well
- Add the Vanilla and stir it in
- Let the pudding sit in the fridge for 15 minutes and give it a good stir
- Cover and fridge overnight until the pudding sets
- Top it up with greek, yogurt, fruits and cacao nibs
- Serve and enjoy!
