• 6 Chicken thighs, skin-on and bone-in (approx 1 1/2-2 lbs)

• 2 cups Baby spinach, lightly packed and roughly chopped

• 1 tbsp Lemon, zest
• 1 1/4 tsp Marjoram, dried
• 1 tsp Thyme, dried

• 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
