This pattern creates a simple sweater. It's a tighter fitting, cropped sweater with a little stretch. The front and back panels are knitted flat and sewn up the sides. The sleeves are knitted in the round by picking up stitches around the arm holes. There are 6 adult sizes to choose from. Check the measurements to see which fit you prefer. I wear a size 2 in my photos. Skills Used - Long tail cast on knit, purl, casting off, putting stitches on hold, 3 needle bind off, picking up stitches, knitting in the round, magic loop technique Supplies - 3-5 skeins of medium weight yarn US 8/5mm Circular Needles - 32 inches long Spare circular needles (any size) to hold front panel stitches while you complete the back panel Stitch marker Yarn needle Tension - 13 stitches & 22 rows = 4x4 inches in stockinette on US 8 needles This pattern is written and created by @sallydarrgriffin & @sdgknits.
