There are so many cuts of meat perfect for slow and low cooking, and short ribs are the tops for me. I love the unctuous chew of the meat paired with sweet, spicy and tangy sauces. This recipe I’m sharing reminds me of summers in South Carolina and winters in South Korea. What a way to travel on a plate!

• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
• 6 Radishes
• 1 Pinch Red chile flakes
• 1 Sweet onion

• 1/2 cup Apple butter
• 1/2 cup Gochujang sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
• 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
• 1 Kosher salt

• 2 cups Apple cider vinegar
