Yesterday, my friend said, “You are a painter first, then a potter.” She’s absolutely right! Just like most kids, I started drawing before I discovered clay. Drawing has been a part of me since the age of two or three, and it feels as natural to me as breathing. Now, it has become an essential part of my life as a potter.
