All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup 2. Milk powder - 1/2 cup 3. Salt - 1/2 tsp 4. Sugar - 1 tbsp 5. Active dry yeast - 1 tbsp 6. Oil - 1/4 cup 7. Cheese cubes - 4 (cut into desired size) 8. Butter - 2 tbsp 9. Garlic - 3 (grated) 10. Oregano - 1 tsp 11. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp 12. Chopped coriander - 1 tsp Method - 1. Activate dry yeast by mixing it in hot/warm water with sugar. 2. Leave it for 10 mins to rise. 3. In a bowl take all purpose flour, milk powder, salt & mix them. 4. Now pour the activated yeast mixture into. Mix well & knead dough for 8-10 mins. 5. Grease your palm if requires. 6. Now keep the dough covered for 1st proofing - for 2 hrs in some warm place. 7. Once the dough rises cut it into small pcs. 8. On the other hand cut cheese cubes in small cubes to fill in bun. 9. Take small pcs of dough & fill those cheese cubes & make a ball. 10. Place all the ball closely on baking sheet so that it looks like honey comb. 11. Once all balls are made cover them for 30 more mins for 2nd proofing. 12. In the meanwhile take melted butter (1tbsp) in a bowl, mix grated garlic, oregano & chilli flakes. 13. When the cheese balls is risen again then brush this garlic butter mixture on top & bake them in pre-heated oven for 20-22 mins on 160 degrees (till the top turns golden) 14. In another bowl mix chopped coriander with melted butter. 15. When the cheese balls are baked, brush this mixture on top to keep them soft. 16.
