Staying Healthy and Glo-Up: Checklist-
(*Reminder: if you say it enough, it will probably come true.......speak life!!!!!!!)
* Drink WATER!!!!!!! (7 cups/day)
* Do morning stretches♀️
* Do night stretches♀️
* Cardio=weight loss (1+ a week)♀️
* Lift Weights=curves (1+ a week)♀️
* Eat more fruit, veggies, etc.
* Drink green tea
* Face mask (1 a week)
* Moisturize every night♀️
* Wash face every morning♀️
* Shower 5x a week (don’t over-wash hair)♀️
* Use good perfume (not too much)
* Whiten teeth (once a week)
* Floss and brush well (@ least once a day)
* Keep nails neat and filed (always have them painted or fake ones)
* Get more sleep
* Write in my journal more
* Do daily devotions (PRAY!!!!!!!)✝️
* Wear cute (but appropriate) clothes to school that make you feel good
* Get a part-time job for over the weekends
* Get workers and drivers permit
* Focus on school✏️
* Use eyebrow and eyelash growth serum
* Wear different earrings everyday
* Save money
* Avoid stress (take a bubble bath every once in a while)
* Avoid split ends♀️
