Healthy Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes (easy recipe)
These air fryer sweet potatoes are so simple and easy to make and they come out perfectly cooked every time! You can make them with only 3 ingredients and fill them with your faovrite toppings like chili, cinnamon sugar or almond butter! Vegan, gluten free, paleo and Whole30!

Combine your cream cheese, mozzarella and seasoning. 2. Then flatten your ground chicken into a thin circle between greased parchment paper and plastic wrap. 3. Remove the plastic wrap, add your filling and fold over using the parchment paper. 4. Brush with egg wash & coat with Parmesan. 5. Flip onto another piece of parchment paper, add more egg wash and Parmesan. 6. Air fry @ 400F for 10-12 mins & enjoy!"

I just used potato in this video but you can use sweet potato, carrot, parsnip etc. A great way to prevent any food waste and a really tasty snack! I usually always cook my potatoes skin on but for mash etc this is a great way to still get the nutrients. The skins are jam packed with fibre and gut loving nutrients so don’t throw them away!!!
