Do you know what I'm going to make today? I'm going to make jerk chicken. I've just been to Cranston's. They didn't have jointed chicken so I've got them to cut us one up so they've joined me this chicken. I'm going to make a marinade to go on it. You're going to need a mini blender or a pestle and mortar because we need to make like a paste to go over it. So let's get that done. We need two cloves of garlic. In they go.
