Ingredients 2 large potatoes 2 red onions 6 cloves of garlic 1 head of broccoli 1/4 cup plant milk Pinch of salt 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 cup low fat vegan cheese sauce (my recipe is in my NEW Cookbook 🔗 in my bio) 1. Bake potatoes in oven/air fryer until fluffy inside. 2. Slice onions and caramelise with a splash of water. Add garlic & broccoli and cook for 5-8 minutes. 3.
