Kofta is a thicker, heavy type of cardigan, mostly knitted with two or more colours in patterns based upon trad. folklore craft. Ref. old embroidery patterns. Trad. woven tapestry can also be seen in some of these very beautiful knitwear. Traditionally, the choise of patterns and colour is open for personal taste and interpretation.
