Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients: 1½ lbs ground beef, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 egg, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, green onions, sesame seeds. Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine beef, oils, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, vinegar, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shape into a loaf, place in a greased pan, and bake 40-45 mins. Brush with gochujang-honey glaze in the last 10 mins. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
