Ink Me

My first one will finally (after almost 30 years of wanting to) be Sophia's name on my left foot. Not only to honor my precious only child, but to signify that while I can't walk her horrific journey for her, I do walk alongside. Left foot because it is the shorter leg, tattoo because it is an intentional scar though it can't come close to the deep scarring all her surgeries have left. My second will be a bird with a purple ribbon. Bird to represent my childhood family nickname, freedom and rising above. Purple ribbon for domestic violence awareness and my being a survivor. #tattoo
