Ginger Drink
Boost your metabolism and burn more calories. Even better before your workout 1. Wash 12-16 oz of ginger and cut 2. Wash 2-3 fingers of Turmeric and cut 3. Add Ginger Turmeric and water to blender 4. Blend until it turns into a paste 5. Add 1/2 Gallon (or more) to large pot 6. Bring water to a boil 7. Add Ginger and Turmeric paste to boiling water 8. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper 9. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper 10. Cover pot and boil only 10 minutes 11. Remove from Heat and let it sit 2+hours (covered) 12. Strain and keep it refrigerated Serve cold or hot with 1 squeezed lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey. 🍯
