We love leaving room on our specialty ribbons for homecoming mum and garter cutouts. These red, black and white cutouts are made using our Cricut Maker, Explore or Joy and are multiple layers of glitter card stock and HTV. We use cardstock as the bottom layer followed by glitter HTV. Shown here are football, HOCO and HOCO year themed cut-outs next to our HOCO loops, specialty ribbons and military braid all in red, black, silver, and white.
