Now, we're going to poke holes in it And then we're going to make up mix up our mixture that we're going to put on top. This is a cannoli poke cake. Mmm. Okay, we'll push that to the side. We are going to take one container. This is 15 ounce of ricotta cheese. I did not know that's what cannoli was made of. Then Charles can you mascaponi. Mascaponi. Whatever that is. It comes in the cheese section. That in there. One can of Eagle Brand Milk. Good old sweetness. Probably two of my favorite things though is cheese and sweet. Mm hmm. And we'll mix this all three together until it's smooth. Okay, we got out our faithful whisk. Now, we're going to add in two teaspoons of vanilla. And a half a teaspoon of cinnamon. I'm going to whisk that all together. And you're going to take a cup of powdered sugar and you're going to put it going to put in a little at a time. I want to put it all in there. Okay, the last of our powdered sugar. That's one cup of powdered sugar. Once you have it all mixed up, you'll bring your cake back in. We're going to take it, pour it over our cake. Oh sweet Helen Kim. This looks like it's going to be a a good one. What do you think? Do you like the cannolis that they serve? I actually don't even know if I've had a cannoli before. I know I do? No. And I'm going to take my spatula. Kinda just do it a little bit where maybe it'll sink in in the holes. It's going to sink into my mouthful soon. Okay and then you'll take the cup of mini not MandM's. Chocolate chips. Put those on top. All of those? One cup. Holy. I think when they have them. That's chocolate. Yeah. They they got chocolate in them. Thank you. That looks good, doesn't it? Mhm. Let it sit for a little bit. But refrigerate for about an hour. Okay. Alright, here's our cannoli cake. Okay. Oh. Ooh. Scoop us out that piece. Lord have mercy. Oh sweet Kim. Oh Jesus. You did that one perfect. You cooked that perfectly. Yeah it didn't go down in the holes as much as it should. I think in the middle I may see it better going down. That's really good. I have like nine point six. Nine point six. Let me have a bite of that Tyler. Let me see if it's really bad because I wouldn't have thought with that cheese. Get the get some cream Kim. You gotta get some. And I like my cheese. I'll put a bit of a bite. I did real good. Y'all.
