How To Make Yogurt at Home (with all the milk from school lunches that's about to expire!) 4/28/20: double recipe (1 gal. milk), crock pot on high, oven overnight (still 105 in the morning), used Mountain something vanilla whole milk yogurt as starter. Strained some to make Greek yogurt = better imo. Pretty good! Add a little sugar to sweeten. Cinnamon, vanilla... Success!
