Celebrating Diwali with a twist!✨🧨 I made these scrumptious Schezwan Paniyaram Bites that are delicious, easy to make and a perfect party appetiser🥳 #DiwaliKiRoshni Ingredients : 2 tbsp chopped babycorn 2 tbsp chopped broccoli 2 tbsp chopped purple cabbage 2 tbsp chopped carrot 2 tbsp chopped French beans 1 cup rava 1/2 cup curd Salt Water Ginger chilly paste 1 tbsp Eno 1 tsp oil For the tadka Oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 3 tbsp white spring onions 2 tbsp schezwan sauce 1 tbsp cornflour slurry Spring onion for garnish
Rajasthani Dahi Mirchi
Dahi Mirchi Recipe - Ingredients - Green chilli - 20-25 Oil - 1.5 tbsp Kalonji - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Salt to taste Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Whisked curd - 1/8 cup Method - 1.Start washing the green chilli and removing the crown of the chilli 2.Then grind them into coarse mixture 3.In a pan , add in oil , kalonji , cumin seeds, fennel seeds, grounded green chilli and mix it all well 4.Then add in all the dry spices along with salt 5.Finally add in curd and mix it all well 6.Cook until oil is released and it's ready 7.Serve it with chappatis , parathas and enjoy! Tips - 1.Store it in a air tight container in refrigerator for 4 -5 days 2.Use fresh green chilli 3.Whisk the curd well before adding.
