{ David Pulsipher’s Tavern }

David Pulsipher was my 6th Great-Grandfather and one of the first settlers in Rockingham, Vermont. He built the first log cabin, later replaced with The Tavern, which stands today as a private residence. He donated a portion of his property for The Rockingham Meeting House. He and his son, John Pulsipher Sr., fought at The Battle of Bunker Hill. My son, a GIS specialist, was hired to map the Meeting House burying grounds in 2023, his Pulsipher ancestry unbeknownst to him at the time.
