It's so potent y'all, I use 1/4 teaspoon for one serving. Try it, apparently, 1 matcha shot equals 3 espressos... Still testing it out, maybe I'll update. So far so good tho. Also, yes there's a significant price difference between the culinary grade and ceremonial. I opted for the ceremonial because, apparently, the difference between both is significant too. - How I have it for now is like this: in a bowl I whisk (with a big normal whisk not the wood one) 3 tablespoons 10% cream, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 teaspoon matcha. Then I pour that on a small cup of milk. It's nice I like the taste. I linked the exact one I bought to this pin. See it as an investment if the price makes you skeptical. I know that's what I did...
