Give it a try you’ll love it 🥰 Ingredients: -1 baguette -olive oil -1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese -1/8 cup olive oil (I love @wearebrightland ) -pinch of salt -pear slices -prosciutto -hot honey -pomegranate seeds -fresh rosemary Instructions: 1. Slice your baguette and brush olive oil on each piece. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes until crispy. 2. Make your whipped ricotta spread. Add ricotta, olive oil and salt to a food processor or blender. Blend 30 seconds-1 minute until completely smooth. 3. Assemble crostini’s. Place ricotta into a baggy and cut the tip off.
