- 2 (16 ounce) jars Mezzetta® Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry
- Freshly grated parmesan

Lemon Caper Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mezzetta® Calabrian Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mezzetta® Imported Non-Pareil Capers, drained and minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. On a baking sheet, add ½ teaspoon of grated parmesan in piles all over the sheet pan per artichoke, roughly 30 total.
