Here's a flounce sleeve from my latest tutorial. 😊 I made it in stiff linen and each flounce consists of two layers of fabric so they hold the shape pretty nicely. The flounces are high-low full circles that I cut on the fold. The calculation for the radius is the same as the one you use for circle skirts.
