A reef from cheap pool noodles? This will inspire you to create a faux coral reef for your Mermaid party! Click through to make a faux reef!

this was made with pool noodles, Great Stuff foam spray, artificial plants and an inflatable dolphin. I cut the pool noodles and Great Stuff foam to make shapes to form the coral reef. I sprayed Great foam around the base as I went to hold everything together and painted the base in a sand textured paint. I added artificial plants for embellishments, along with hand made sea urchins I made from Styrofoam balls and toothpicks.

So cute! So fun! So simple! Wow at your next under the sea party!

Coral made from: pool noodles, party bag bows, toilet paper rolls, ribbon, piper cleaners, cupcake cups, glittered wire branches (dollar tree), foaming insulation. Base made from: boxes, tissue paper, skewers, toothpicks, hot glue.
