What are some staple warm up poses/flows you do in your class or practice? ✨I love gate pose & modified side plank together. This warm up builds up to them through gate pose legs , hip circles, & rocking back & forth. I love the thread the needle towards the end & you can play around with different arm variations there as well. For an eagle flow I would offer eagle arms and then fold instead of the thread the needle variation. Do you enjoy a bind in thread the needle?
