Graham cracker crust • 2 boxes of graham crackers • 2 tbsp sugar • 6 tbsp melted butter Filling Ingredients all ingredients must be room temperature • 5 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese • 1 1/2 cup of sugar • 3 tbsp flour • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 1 cup sour cream • 4 eggs Put 2 tbsp of Graham cracker crust mixture in each liner Press down Bake at 350 for 4 min Let it cool Add 1/4 cup cheesecake filling This isn’t like a regular cupcake batter it is ok to fill it up all the way Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Let it cool and Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before adding your toppings
