Jeļena Ņemčenko on Instagram: "Here’s how to start this solid stitch: 🧶 sc in blo = single crochet in back loop only 🧶 ssc = split single crochet The first and most important thing to know is that this stitch is worked in continuous rounds without joining. You simply keep crocheting in rounds until you reach the desired length. 😃 1️⃣ Start by making as many chains as needed for your project, but make sure the number is a multiple of 4. Form a ring with slip stitch. 2️⃣ Begin with 1 chain, then single crochet in each chain around. 3️⃣ Once you finish the first row, just keep repeating: 1 single crochet in the back loop only, and 1 split single crochet (I show this step in the video). Let me know if you like this stitch, and don’t forget to share it with your fellow crocheters! 😇
