Candy Cane Mint Whoopie Pies
Enjoy this fabulous holiday dessert sure to wow your party guests!
Ingredients
•1 box devil’s food cake mix
•1 box instant chocolate pudding
•¾ cup water
•½ cup vegetable oil
•3 eggs
•8 ounces cream cheese, softened
•1 package Candy Cane Mint Dip Mix
•1 jar marshmallow fluff
Method
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs together.
•Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
•Place in preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
•Stir together cream cheese and dip mix.
•When mixture is smooth, add marshmallow fluff.
•Spread 1 tablespoon of filling on flat side of one cake. Top with another cake to create “sandwich” effect for each pie.
Serve and enjoy!
