Mobility Exercises For Pregnancy

Mobility is important through the entire pregnancy but even more so in the third trimester. As one nears the end of pregnancy, the pelvic floor muscles need to be able to relax to allow for baby to pass through the birthing canal. Working on mobility (and of course breathing) can help prep your body for labor and a smoother third trimester. Have you tried these before? Which one is your favorite?
