Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, salt
1 cup cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipped topping
Directions:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15" pan with parchment.
Beat egg whites, adding 1/4 cup sugar gradually.
Beat yolks with remaining sugar, add oil, milk, vanilla. Fold in flour.
Combine with egg whites, bake 12-15 min.
Roll in a sugared towel, cool.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, fold in whipped topping.
Unroll, spread filling, add cherries, re-roll, chill.
