• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion powder
• 1/4 White or yellow onion
Canned Goods
• 2 cups Water or broth
Condiments
• 1 6- oz can Tomato sauce
Pasta & Grains
• 1 cup White rice, long grain
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Olive or avocado oil
• 1 tsp Salt
Other
• Chopped tomotoes
• You can use 1 tsp Adobo instead of the garlic/onion powder
