Sweet chili sauce for dipping 10. Water for brushing wrapper edges 1. Mix all ingredients together except egg roll wrappers. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to egg roll wrappers. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water . Wrap over the mix . Fold in both sides and then fold over again to seal the egg roll wrapper. 3. Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides. 4.
