It's exciting and fun to build this pretty centerpiece, which I have made for holidays, weddings and showers over the past 20 years. The ginger dip is wonderful, or you can fill the fruit cups with other favorite dips, flavored yogurt or whipped topping. —Ellen Brown, Aledo, Texas

Ingredients

Produce

• 1 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

• 1 Grapefruit, large

• 3 lbs Grapes, seedless green

• 3 lbs Grapes, seedless red

• 1 Lemon, medium

• 1 Navel orange, large

• 1 Pineapple, fresh

• 1 lb Strawberries, fresh

• 1 tbsp Zest, orange

Condiments

• 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

• 2 tbsp Confectioners' sugar

Nuts & Seeds

• 1/4 cup Coconut, sweetened toasted

Drinks

• 5 tbsp Pineapple juice, unsweetened

Dairy

• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

• 3 cups Yogurt

Other

• Floral metal greening pins

• Silk flowers with leaves

• 8 Styrofoam rounds (four 10x1 inch, four 6x1 inch)

• 2 Wooden dowels (one 8x1/4 inch, one 4-1/2x1/4 inch)
