"These Titanium hoops are available in 8, 10, or 12 mm interior diameter, 16 guage, and available in Polished Titanium, PVD Gold, or Custom Anodized. Note that they are fairly wide with \"sticky-outy\" bits. This means they may be uncomfortable to sleep on, or may catch on hair or sweaters if you are unaware. This is not a quality issue, rather it is a natural effect of this spiral type of design. I recommend taking them out for sleep, or using a memory foam travel pillow to keep pressure off. P
