This is a pair of ear-rings bought by myself in Sri Lanka in the 1990's. I bought them to one day (now!) sell, and they have therefore never been worn. The quality of the Sri Lankan silver craftsmanship is in my opinion the very best there is. The quality of the silver Is high (I have had it tested in the past and it always came up above 92.5%, above the requirement to be classed as Sterling silver) and the intricate work of the very unique Sri Lankan style is a pice of history in itself.
