Flourishing in Hyderabad under the patronage of the Mughal court, it is a series of unbroken stitches that take the shape of abstract nature and wildlife motifs. This artwork used to be the source of livelihood for many skilled workers in the old city of Hyderabad but now it's slowly being wiped out due to the advent of computerized embroidery machines.
