This is the ultimate homemade granola. It's easy to make and it's a delicious way to start your morning or to have as a snack. Make it clumpy or loose -- that's your preference but as a snack, we think it is best to leave clumpy. Makes a large batch so keep it in the freezer to have it on hand.

• 3/4 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup Maple syrup

• 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
• 1 1/2 cups Oat bran
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups Wheat germ

• 1 cup Coconut oil, extra virgin
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 cup Almonds
• 1/2 cup Flax seed, ground
• 1/2 cup Flax seed, whole
• 1 cup Pecans
• 1 cup Sunflower seeds, raw
