Make a batter and add 1 chopped onion, half chopped tomato, half chopped capsicum , chopped green chili and garlic along with half tbsp of salt, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp chilli flakes and half tbsp garam masala and some coriander leaves. 3. It’s SO yum! I’ve had it with a soy sauce, chilli flake and sesame dip but you can have it with - ketchup, hung curd, chutney? What you like! Recipe: shred veggies of your choice about 2 cups! I’ve used 2 types of cabbage, spring onion, garlic, onion, carrot and zucchini! Added some boiled sprouts and grated paneer as well. Season with salt and pepper and mix it well.
