And you're going to top that with some sweetened condensed milk. There you go. We're going to add some of these caramel bits. Mm those are good. Now am I saying that right? Caramel. How do y'all say it? Caramel. I'm from Mississippi originally. Where y'all from? Tell me in the comments. We say caramel. Kyle you're from Wisconsin. Now we're going to take some sea salt. Now I know this may look a little weird but y'all gotta trust me because this is going to be delicious. Because we are making salted caramel brownies in the Crockpot. What? Now you could use regular brownie mix too but we are going with the salted caramel because that is going to be super yummy. And we're going to just instructions on the box. In addition to that brownie mix, we need 1/ 3 cup of oil, one/ 4 cup of water, and one egg. Would you grab that for me? There's an egg in the top shelf. You can get that for you. Here here we go. Eggs. Now I've got a choice of white or brown. Is there a difference? No but I like that one right there. You want this one? Yeah. Is there a surprise in it for me? You're making me nervous. I don't know. Are you I have no idea what he's doing y'all and I'm nervous. Alright we're nervous. What's going to pop out. It's just HSN egg. What are you doing? You're just messing with me. So do you all prefer the brown eggs or the white? Which one is the best for you? Do you can you taste the difference? Some of y'all say that you think that the brown ones taste better or richer? Can y'all taste the difference in the brown and white? And I do know that the dogs love the eggs because they heard me say egg and now Zero is over there barking saying I want some eggs mama. Do you all have pets? Let me know in the comments. Do y'all have pets at home? In fact, you can go ahead and share photos of your puppies and I will drop a photo of our two puppies in the comments for you well. Alright, we're mixing up our brownie batter and then this is going to go over the top of our pretzels and sweetened condensed milk and caramel. I say it's caramel. Alright, we're going to take our brownie batter and we're just going to pour that over the top of our pretzels and caramel. It's very slow. Pretty dramatic. We've got a big build up going here. Okay, yummy. I'll use my spatula to help get that out of there. Now, you just want to try to get an even layer and of course, you could make this in the oven if you prefer but many of you have been requesting more Crockpot recipes because Crockpots are great in the summertime. If you've got summer recipes, you want less heat in your kitchen and this is one way that you can accomplish that by using the Crockpot to bake as well. Y'all let me know. Do you prefer Crockpot baking or do you would you rather just do it in the oven? Oh, Some of y'all that know me well also know that I like to use the waffle iron. Do you know you can make brownies in the waffle iron? Oh that's exciting. You can. We should do it shouldn't we? Yeah. I love brownies. Okay now I'm just going to push my brownie batter around so that it is in a nice layer on top of all of our pretzels. You could use about two cups of pretzels if you want exact measurements but if you all know me by now, you know that I just like to eyeball. Are you an eyeballer as well or do you like exact measurements? This is going to cook in our Crockpot about two to three hours on high but let me tell you about Crockpot. They are not always the same. Don't get mad at me if you said that yours took longer or less time because every Crockpot's different. Ours is a four quart but sometimes, if yours is larger, maybe six quart, it will take a little bit longer and also different brands have different speed to cooking. Now, the package of the fudge brownie with caramel. Ham with some extra caramel sauce. So, we're going to drizzle that over the top now. Hopefully, it to come up. Okay, here we go. Now, we're in business. This is the good stuff. This is thick caramel. Ooh I'm getting all over my fingers. Making a mess. Are y'all messy cooks too or is it just me? Am I alone in this one? Hopefully not. Okay. Alright. We've got our caramel. He just got me licking my fingers. You're not supposed to show that. We're going to take a couple more pretzels and just place them over the top. That one's ugly. I'm going to remove that one. We're going to replace that with a pretty one. Just a couple pretzels on top just for looks. That looks nice on high, two to three hours but there's a little secret that you need to know. You're going to take some paper towels firmly across the top and that is going to help this bake properly too because it's going to prevent the condensation but that's it. We're going to set it and forget it and then, we're going to check back and do a taste test but y'all have been requesting to see some more magic, right? I think we might be able to find some magic for this one. Now, y'all may notice there's all kinds of funny stuff in our videos that maybe seem out of place and that's because we aren't chefs. We are entertainers. It's our job to make you have fun and we're doing that sharing these easy recipes with you so sometimes you may be seeing things that are part of our I spy game and sometimes you may even notice that we like to add some magic to our videos as well. Oh, that's crazy. Because the truth is, we have been performing magic for over 20 years and we love sharing it with you too. We see that often do that. Alright, y'all. Our salted caramel pretzel brownies are ready. We ended up cooking them for three and a half hours on high. As I mentioned before, it varies sometimes with the Crockpot and if you don't want to do this in the Crockpot, you can do this in the oven too and it would probably be ready in about 45 minutes, but let's take a look and see what we've got. This paper towels on here to prevent the condensation but look at how pretty it Man, does that smell good? Oh gosh, it smells so good. It's so pretty. I almost don't want to ruin it but you've got some nice crispy edges there and I bet the inside is going to be nice and gooey. Alright. Here we go. Gonna dig in. We've got that bottom layer of pretzels, little bit of sweet and condensed milk. Then, we put the caramel bits and salt and we've got our brownie with caramel and pretzel on top. Okay, here we go. Okay, so nice chewy edges. It's still still soft there in the middle but that's okay. I like my brownies like that. Is it done there? It's done. I just gotta get underneath and scoop. Ooh here we go. This looks so good. This is genuine excitement and joy for me y'all. I have a sweet tooth and I get so excited whenever these desserts turn out good but come look. You can see it fully cooked it. It did take a while but it's going to be worth the wait. Alright. Now, important question. Are you team spoon or team fork with this one with desserts? Kyle insists on always having a fork. Yeah, I'm weird like that. But I feel like this is a spoon dessert, you know? It's exciting. There's there's going to get in one big bite. Cuz there's your pretzel. Alright. Do you want this? Do you like the crispy edge? I like the crispy edge bite. I'm going right for that. I'm going for the salt. We gotta get some of the caramel. Alright. You said caramel? Caramel. Caramel. Caramel I said caramel. Alright. Here we go. Cheers. Oh hot. It's very hot. It's delicious. I like the saltiness of the of the pretzels and caramel and it's good isn't it? Mm hmm. Now I'm getting all the flavors. Mm hmm. It's interesting. I definitely like the caramel. Yeah. Mm. Mm hmm. So it's like a brownie. Pretzel brownie in a Crockpot. Yep. Your Crockpot can be used for so many things. Let me know if you want to see more Crockpot desserts like this and we'll find out some more from you. We take your suggestions so you can give me your request in the comments and maybe we'll be sharing it for you next week. This is delicious. Mhm. I love brownies.
We think you’ll love these
