Alka Pande
Dr Alka Pande is one of India’s leading authors, art historians and curators. Her prominent books include 108 Portraits of Indian Culture and Heritage (2024) and Body Sutra (2019). Currently, she serves as a consultant art advisor and curator of the Visual Arts Gallery at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
Her honours include the Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters (2006), the Australia-India Council Special Award (2009), and the Amrita Sher-Gil Samman (2015). Recently, she received the Culture Champion Award (Global) and the CIMA Lifetime Achievement Award (2023) for her contribution to Indian art.
Amitabh Kant
Amitabh Kant is India’s G20 Sherpa. He has served as the CEO of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog, the Government of India’s premier policy think tank. Prior to that, he was Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion. A 1980-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Kerala cadre, Kant has been a key driver of initiatives like Make in India, Startup India, Incredible India! and God’s Own Country, which have positioned India as a leading manufacturing and tourism destination.
Kant is the author of Made in India: 75 Years of Business and Enterprise; Incredible India 2.0: Synergies for Growth and Governance; and Branding India: An Incredible Story; and the editor of The Path Ahead: Transformative Ideas for India.
Sanjeev Sanyal
Sanjeev Sanyal is an economist and a writer. His bestselling books range from maritime history and economics to satirical short stories. He was born in Kolkata, attended Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, before going to Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He currently lives in Delhi, where he serves as an economic adviser to the Prime Minister of India.
