Cheerio!

It's a top!
Cheerios
40 x 60

I started making these 10 inch blocks from scraps last year as a Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) project. I decided to check how many I had and divided blocks into groups for 3 comfort quilts.

This is the green quilt.

I made 10 more blocks so I could put together this top.

And sew on...

You have such a lovely variety of flowers! I feel like I am wandering through a Victory Garden! (Do you remember that PBS program from years (decades?) ago?)

Great Cheerios! LOVE the flowers. Dahlias are a favorite of mine and they don't grow for me. And I can generally grow anything. Those, beets and carrots elude me!

Happy Saturday :-)

I've always liked those Cheerios blocks when you shared them, and they make a great quilt! This one is pretty in all the greens. Beautiful flowers, too - look at all those zinnias!

Such lovely flowers! Zinnias are one of my favorites. Those Cheerio blocks are even prettier all set together.

As I was enjoying your closeup pics, I was hoping you would show some of the full flower beds. So thank you for that. I remember all the work you did in the early spring. It sure paid off! Beautiful. That cheerio quilt turned out great too. I like the color combinations.
