These are simple to make, so delicious and packed with wholesome ingredients! Definitely give them a try!

You’ll need:
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup nut or seed butter (I used raw almond butter)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional, can also sub raw honey or other sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup organic raisins
1 cup sprouted rolled oats (gluten-free)
flaky salt (optional for topping)

1. In a bowl, combine your mashed banana, nut or seed butter, cinnamon, chia seeds and maple syrup.
2. Add in pumpkin seeds, raisins and oats and stir until well-combined.
3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to firm up.
4. Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet (this batch made 6 cookies).
5. Bake at 375F for about 12 minutes.
6. Top with flaky salt (optional) and enjoy! ❤️
