Start with a store bought cheesecake, I got mine at Costco. Then cut out circles. You can use a biscuit cutter, but I just used my cocktail shaker. 😂 Then toast coconut on a baking sheet in the oven at 325 for 5-6 minutes. Just keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Then top with the coconut, mini eggs and a chocolate bunny.
