skin care tipsss: - know your skin type! oily, dry, combination, and know if it’s sensitive or not (very important) - drink lots of water! 8 glasses a day! try to work your way up to that and make sure the water is alkaline. that doesn’t mean it’s fancy, just clean. you can buy alkaline strips yourself or watch different waters being alkaline tested on YouTube! I drink essentia or core water which is alkaline and 4 glasses of water per bottle. - have a skin care routine! use it every morning and night, if you want to try something new, wait a while to make sure you don’t throw your skins ph balance off like I did! - watch what you eat, eat healthy carbs. avoid foods high in sugar, avoid caffeine, greasy food, milk, ice cream, soda, pizza, processed food, and white grains. basically all that junk. stick to whole wheat, fruits and veggies, nuts.Basically healthy food = healthy face. Or simply balance that shit out.
