Save and Follow for more 🫶 Ingredients: • 250g Spaghetti or Linguine • 6-7 Prawns • 1 small onion • 250g Cherry tomatoes • 1-2 cloves garlic • some parsley/ olive oil • some white wine • Salt/ Pepper Steps: 1. sear the prawns from both sides each side 1 Minute and let them rest at the side 2. sear the onions, chopped garlic and cherry tomatoes and deglaze them with some white wine. 3.. cook your pasta till they al dente (recommendation cook it 2 minutes less) 4. add some pasta water to the sauce, add chopped parsley and the pasta and let them cook the missing 2 minutes in the sauce till the pasta is al dente.
