I don’t know about you but if I’m not careful I can allow fear to consume me. ⁠ ⁠ I love that God isn’t saying “your feelings aren’t valid.” He’s saying “tell me about them.”⁠ ⁠ So can I encourage you (and myself), every time you feel like you mind wondering into worry, pray. ⁠ ⁠ Tell God about your worries, your fears, your anxieties.
